Experience a four-course tasting menu designed to bring out the best tasting notes from these beautifully crafted whiskeys. Doors at 6pm, Dinner at 6:30pm. $99 per person, excluding tax and a 22% mandatory service charge.

Our annual Spring Vineyard Retreat returns April 10-12, 2026! Spend two nights at our Canyon Vineyard Ranch in Prosser with Bellevue Sommelier Chris Fulkerson and our team.
